AGENDA
BC21.24 To note attendance and apologies for absence.
BC21.25 Public forum: members of the public may comment on any further item on the agenda.
BC21.26 To confirm Minutes of the previous meeting, held on Monday 28th June 2021.
BC21.27 To consider any application received for one vacancy on the Committee.
BC21.28 Clerk’s report on recent burials activity.
BC21.29 Outstanding works, to receive updates on progress:
a. Cemetery footpath refurbishment;
b. Headstone safety work;
c. Cemetery gates;
d. Transfer of administrative records to electronic format;
e. Update of burial registers;
f. Proposal for expansion of space allocated to cremated remains.
BC21.30 To identify any additional maintenance or administration requirements.
BC21.31 Budget and expenditure
a. To note current balance of accounts against budget for the burial grounds.
b. To agree any recommendations for expenditure to be made to Council, including items for inclusion in the budget for financial year 2022/23.
