21.108 GOVERNANCE:
108.1 To adopt a new Risk Management Policy.
108.2 To adopt a new Reserves Policy.
108.3 To consider a proposal for freelance administrative support to the Clerk.
108.4 To note purchase(s) made under Delegated Powers between meetings:
a) For cemetery footpath refurbishment, part payment for further materials: gravel grids, weed matting and gravel, £750.00.
b) For removal of dumped garden waste behind village hall, £50.00.
108.5 To note sale of waste services supplier Viridor Waste Management Ltd to Biffa Waste Services Ltd, effective 1st August 2021.

21.109 VILLAGE AMENITIES AND MAINTENANCE:
109.1 Burial Grounds: To receive a verbal update on progress with cemetery footpath refurbishment.
109.2 Village Hall: To consider a request by Northborough Community Association to install slabs and new fencing at the rear of the Hall.
109.3 Playing field:
a) To note receipt of a quarterly play inspection report provided by PCC along with recommendations for repairs.
b) To approve the seeking of quotes to address the most urgent issues raised by 109.3.a.

21.110 COMMUNITY:
110.1 To consider a proposal to promote the Friends Against Scams initiative.
110.2 Photo competition: To note delay of the planned competition.
110.3 To consider a proposal to fund a street party in commemoration of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
110.4 To consider a grant application from On The Edge WI for a Scarecrow Trail event.

21.111 FINANCE:
111.1 To note and sign the finance report for period ended 31st August 2021.
111.2 To review the 2021/22 budget, resolve necessary virements and provide guidance to the Clerk for drafting of the 2022/23 budget, including values for planned reserves.
111.3 To approve receipts and payments according to the attached schedule.
