08.2 To authorise and sign a bank mandate to add Cllr Malcolm as a signatory.
08.3 To approve retention of the northboroughpc.co.uk domain for three years to ensure business continuity for domain transfer to northborough-pc.gov.uk, cost expected to be under £20 per annum.
08.4 To consider whether to continue the payment arrangements set up for the Volunteer Network
08.5 To confirm appointment of Canalbs Ltd as internal auditor for the 2020/21 year.
08.6 To note expenditure under delegated powers since the last meeting:
a) Diocese of Peterborough faculty application fee, £260.00

21.09 COMMUNITY: To receive information about the Good Neighbours Rural Peterborough Scheme, with a view to consider taking membership, at a future meeting

21.10 VILLAGE AMENITIES AND MAINTENANCE
10.1 Burial Grounds: to receive an update on footpath works in:
a) St Andrews’ churchyard, and
b) Northborough Cemetery.
10.2 Village Hall: To receive an update on the review of the lease.
