21.35 GOVERNANCE:
35.1 Annual Village Meeting, Saturday 10th April – to receive proposals from the Clerk for a virtual meeting.
35.2 Annual Parish Council meeting – to consider a change of date in response to advice from NALC as previously circulated.
35.3 To consider renewal of CAPALC/NALC affiliation for the 2021/22 financial year, including the Data Protection Officer Membership scheme
35.4 To adopt a risk assessment template to be used for Volunteering Activity.
35.5 To discuss and consider options for the trading licence policy beyond ‘lockdown’
35.6 To consider an application from Amo La Pizza to trade in the car park on 27th March or 3rd April.

21.36 VILLAGE AMENITIES AND MAINTENANCE:
36.1 Burial Grounds: to receive a report of the Burials Committee meeting held 22nd February 2021

21.37 FINANCE:
37.1 To approve the Finance Report dated 28th February 2021.
37.2 To consider recommendations for expenditure from the Burials Committee:
a) Subscription to Scribe Cemetery software at cost of £468pa and £200 initial set-up (exc VAT)
b) Cost of materials only to make minor repairs to the cemetery gates.
37.3 To approve receipts and payments according to the attached schedule.
