to be held on Monday 28th September 2020 at 7.30pm
The meeting is held in public, by video link using Zoom, in accordance with regulations issued under Section 78 of the Coronavirus Act 2020. Members of the public and media are invited to attend and are asked to email the Clerk in advance if they wish to speak. You will be held in a meeting room until the start of the meeting and muted except when invited to speak by the Chair. Committee members only are invited to attend in person as separately advised.

BC20.26 Maintenance of burial grounds:
a. To consider a proposal for amendment to cemetery footpath refurbishment now in progress
b. To receive an update on plans for refurbishment of churchyard footpath
c. To note observations made during a walkabout of the cemetery
d. To receive an update on plans to carry out work on memorials identified as needing attention.
BC20.27 To agree any recommendations for expenditure to be made to Council, including items for inclusion in the budget for financial year 2021/22
