AGENDA
BC21.13 To note attendance and apologies for absence.
BC21.14 Public forum: members of the public may comment on any further item on the agenda.
BC21.15 To confirm Minutes of the previous meeting, held on Monday 22nd February 2021.
BC21.16 To note Terms of Reference for the committee as re-adopted by Council on 5th May 2021.
BC21.17 To consider any application made to membership of the committee, following the resignation of former Cllr Elaine Mann.
BC21.18 Clerk’s report on recent burials activity.
BC21.19 To consider a proposal to make a charge for interments from direct-cremation.
BC21.20 Outstanding works, to receive updates on progress:
a. Cemetery footpath refurbishment;
b. Headstone safety work;
c. Cemetery gates;
d. Transfer of administrative records to electronic format;
e. Update of burial registers;
f. Agreed timetable for expansion of space allocated to cremated remains.
BC21.21 To identify any additional maintenance requirements.
BC21.22 To agree any recommendations for expenditure to be made to Council.
