113.1 Burial Grounds
a) Verbal report from Clerk on recent cemetery activity, to note new noticeboard ordered for cemetery (ref Minute 19.121.2.b)
b) To consider quotes received for the planned refurbishment of the churchyard path and to agree on instruction of a contractor, subject to award of a faculty from the Diocese
c) To note instruction of Richard Harding Landscaping to level sunken graves under Maintenance Contract Addendum as advised by Burials Committee, at cost of £200.00
d) To consider expenditure on rectifying memorial stones made unsafe by subsidence, as recommended by the Burials Committee and quoted by J G Cross Stonemasons
e) To approve payment of higher cost of materials for cemetery footpath refurbishment – £236.50 (ref Minute 20.85.1.d)
113.2 Green Space including playing field and verges
a) Update on the removal of the permanent goalpost and location for reinstatement
b) To note continuing anti-social behaviour on the playing field, including hazardous litter
c) Update on refurbishment of picnic tables
d) To note GNFC presentation day held on the playing field on 5th September
e) To consider a proposal to increase the number of litter bins

113.4 Village Hall – review of lease. To receive an update on progress, to note professional charges to date and to consider the sharing of legal costs with the tenant.
113.5 Assets & Amenities
a) To consider placement of the donated phone box close to the shop on East Road, for use as a book exchange
b) To consider purchase of a 3rd defibrillator at cost of approximately £2,000
